At April 23, according to the request of the disitrict government's aim to construct "Changning Chronic Diseases Intervening Center" and in order to fartherly explore the pattern of  monitoring and intervening chronic disease in Changning to form the disease prevention system that disease prevention and control center, the second level hospitals and health service centers of communities link together and will interactive, Health Bureau of the district organized five departments relevant with the topic to hold the pushing meeting of wook of "Changning Chronic Disease Intervening Center". Vice chief of Health Bureau Chi Jie, Section Chief Zhen Tao and directors and charges of hospitals of Changning Disease Prevention and Control Center, Changning Center Hospital, Tongren Hospital, Jiangsu Hospital and Beixinjing Hospital were present in the meeting.

All work of the center would be carried out gradually according to established plans and schemes under the support of all collaborating departments. At the meeting, each department explained and introduced the current progress, difficulties met and future plans and discussed about the problems needing coordination. In the end, Chief Chi Jie interpreted the original intention and staying point of the topic, told about the shortcomings of the current prevention patterns and said that the combination of cure and prevention should be enhanced and the disjunctive situations should be broken to form tight management. The chief also emphasized that each department should make the most use of existing resources, propose assumptions bravely and bring its functions into play to explore a Changning's pattern of management of chronic disease intervening.

Changning Chronic Disease Intervening Center is a long-term project and it will becone a Changning preventive monitoring and intervening net of chronic disease by interaction of all departments.
