After urgent discussion among officials of the Party and Administration, Wang Jianxiong and Gong Qiming were chosen to be appointed. They received the task without any hesitation while Secretary Huang Desheng and Director Sun Chenguang of the center having a talk with them. They said they felt duty-bound to go to the front line of the disaster area and honored to contribute to people their. They would finish the task smoothly to set leaders' mind at rest.

Officials of the center cared a lot about their family and while they know that wife of Wang Jianxiong worked in Tian Shan Chinese Medical Hospital at three shifts, they contacted with officials of the hospital as soon as possible in order to destroy fear of trouble in the rear and got their great support by saying that they would arrange it properly.
