Varicella vaccine is to prevent varicella. Varicella is a kind of acute infectious disease of respiratory tract caused by herpes zoster virus. I.     Contraindication of Inoculation

IV.   Effects of Inoculation

Antibodies will be found in 97% 0f children at the age of 1 to 12 after the first inoculation. And among teenagers and adults, antibodies will be found in 99% of them after 2 inoculations. The immunity after inoculation with varicella vaccinen lasts long and most of people will be lifetime immune. However, about 1% of inoculators will be infected after inoculation and most of them will not have a fever and complications.
