⑴ Firstly, keeper should applicant keeping “Keeping Dog Certificate”. Submit it to the local police station (the police bureau) for approval. The charge standard of our municipal is as follows:

  ① Every dog 2000 yuan a year, within the NOL, the whole regions of Huangpu, Jingan, Nanshi, Luwan and areas along the Yangtze River in Pudong New Area;

  ② Every dog 1000 yuan a year, district outside the NOL, like Yangpu, Hongkou, Zhabei, Putuo, Changning, Xuhui District, Pudong New District, streets of the suburbs (counties), cities and towns and the in the newly developed village park and villas in rural areas;

  ③In the rural areas (regions beside of the regions mentioned in ① and ②), each dog annually 100 yuan.

    ⑵ Have the dog effective rabies vaccine injection very year on time.

    ⑶ Rope the dog as dawdling it, guards against and stops the dog attack the passers-by or bark to them.

    ⑷ Clean the dog's excrement as dawdling it, in order to avoid polluting the environment.

    ⑸ Avoid being excessively intimate with the dog, such as sleep with it in bed, shares a table with it, bathes together with it, and so on.
