Time for Services ： Monday—Thursday 8 ： 30-11:00 13:30-16:30

Friday 8 ： 30-11:00 14:00-16:30

Operation Flow ： After get the introduction letter provided by relevant units or contact list by the Notarization institution, the certification will be done at the consulting desk of the disease control centre in the public health centre in the area. RMB 50 will be charged for each certificate.
