The cold weather is so dangerous to hypertension patients that they should pay attention to these points:
1. Don’t leave your bedclothes as soon as you are awake. It’s proper to have your family members make the bedroom warmer before you are awake.
2. Wash your face and brush your tooth with warm water.
3. Wear your gloves, hats, neckerchiefs and coats to keep warm when you are out.
4. Mark time when you are waiting for a bus
5. Wear less when you are in an air-conditioned place and wear more when you leave.
6. Clean your skin with dry cloth to prevent cold weather.
7. To make the bathroom filled with hot steams and wait for the temperature to level up before you go to bath.
8. Keep warm when you go to toilet.
9. Avoid eating foods with extra salt.
