Notes for Hypertension Patients in Cold Days

Coldness is the biggest enemy to hypertension, so hypertension patients should remember the following note in cold days.

1. Do not get out of quilts immediately when you wake up. You should stretch your body in quilts and ask others to warm the room.
2. Use warm water to wash your face and brush your teeth.
3. Wear gloves, hat, scarves and coats when you go outside to keep warm.
4. Do some small exercises like marking time while waiting for the bus.
5. Wear less in the room having central heating and wear more to go out.
6. Use dry cloth to clean skin in order to prevent coldness. 
7. Fill the bathroom with steam first and then have a bath after the temperature increases.
8. Wear warm clothes while going to the washing room. Put a jordan in the bed room in oder to prevent coldness at night.
9. Do not eat salty dishes.
